I have a 99 F-250 SD, and every time I turn on the turn signal all the way the lamp on the dash doesn't blink but the bulbs blink really fast but work. If I turn them on half way they work also!! What would cause this and is it an easy fix???? Thanks

That's the trucks way of telling you that one of your outside turn signal lights are out.

Yep , a bulb is burned out, My wife's Wind-star even lights a reminder on the dash that a bulb is out. If you ever replace a blinker relay make sure it's a heavy duty, because we need heavy duty because we run extra lights with the plow lights on.
