turn signal problem

  1. i have a 99 gmc 2500 and the rear passenger signal and brake light aint working the bulb is good cause lights up with parking lights. wondering what you guys might think it is.

    Josh, just because the park light works doesnt mean the bulb is still good. The brake light actually has a seperate filament so check the bulb again (change it out) or check the socket with a test light.

    On a side note, the socket board (the piece that all the bulbs go into) are notorious for going bad and needing to be changed after several years. You can usually find them at any junk yard if it needs to be changed.
