I have had problems with my 96 Rams turn signals, my signals work but they dont flash.....meaning when I turn them on they just stay on like parking lights but one side at a time. I also checked my fuses and bulbs and they are all ok. Can anyone help me??

Should be near fuse block or near steering collum. Check your owners manual. Use a Heavy Duty flasher.
