trying to put the headlight buckets on

    Put this new headlight bucket on but can't fish the wires threw without cutting them and resplicing them in. Is that the only way to do it.

    What kind of lights, sealed beam or Nighthawks?

    There is a hard black plastic piece that clamps and protects the cable as it enters the shell. That does come out with some difficulty and then can b transferred to the new cable. Pinch it with a pair of pliers and it will come out.

    you also have to remove the headlight wires out of the black plug just remember where the wires go to put them back in

    just pull them out of the black plug but what about these ones that are wire nutted they wont go threw without cutting them

    you have to cut the two with nuts the new bucket should have came with new nuts. the wires come out of the socket by sliding a very small thin screwdriver in the front to release the clip just bend it back up slightly when pushing it back in

    got it on and working fairly easy just I hate electrical so cutting and putiing wires back is not my a game
