I am having a problem with my 1987 Chevy 1/2 Ton 4x4, this is the first year of Throttle body injection on these trucks, I have a western unimount plow. (not cable) when I raise the plow, if I touch the throttle at the same time the engine will stall. Very annoying!

Do I have a ground issue?

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Check all your connections for corrosion and tightness. Make sure your power and ground are attached to the battery. Look for dead shorts in the power cable, then check the motor. You have a MAJOR power drain somewhere in the system. Probably something going to dead short.
