truck bed askew

    I bought a 89 silverado a year ago now has 145,000 miles on it..when you look at it from behind, the right side is sagging..nothing is out of line with the steering though...I would think the tilt would be on the left side from driver weight, if that is what caused it do you know what has caused it, if it needs fixing (I would only fix it if it affects performance)

    I know this is probably not the problem but a buddy of mine's truck sat really funny too...upon further inspection he had a p225tire in the back right and P235s the rest of the way around. Obviously the guy he had bought the truck from had put a spare on the back and never fooled with it since....another thing you might check is the body mounts

    Since its an 89, maybe a cab mount is rusted and it looks like the truck is leaning when maybe the cab or bed is askew?

    You might also want to inspect the right rear leaf spring for broken/cracked leaves.
