What modifications will I have to make to put a Fisher quick switch plow that came off a 1985 Ranger on my dad’s 2000 Ranger?

Transform it into a Homesteader and buy a mount from Fisher.

Your gonna have to do quite a bit if it's just one of the old speedcasters. Its kind of expesive to turn one of them into a Minute Mount so you may want to just get another plow.

Why do I have to transform it into a Minute Mount? I was just going to leave the frame on all year. I just want to know if I need to buy new push plates or anything.

Check with Brian over on the Fisher Factory thread. Ask him about quick switch mounts and their availablity for I sure he can help if anyone can.
