I have an 05 Silverado 1500 z71 extended cab with the 5.3 and wanted to upgrade my trans cooler. I was looking at a b&m 70298 with cooling fan. It's rated at 14000 gvw. Is it large enough? I Only do 6 residential and 1 small commercial lot. All within a 2 mile radius. This is also my dd. 7.5 hiniker that gets taken off after each storm.

I do have a factory one in front of radiator. Trans temperatures range from 200-235 according to my scangauge ii.

i think you'd benefit better since you have electric fans maybe to enable them on sooner or high speed

but at the dealer i dont see any crazy trans coolers

Thanks. I ordered it and will hopefully have it on soon. It's not even twice the size so I think I should be fine
