What is safe operating range. This summer pulling trailers it would sit around 170. Plowing it has been closer to 180. What temp should I start to get worried. This is a 14 with the 8spd

Excess of 212 is a bit much. Your numbers are pretty normal.

Anywhere between 170-190 is normal. Any higher is a bit too hot. Your plow is blocking your trans cooler so you're gonna see it jump up a bit

Remember if it ever heats up being in Neutral is the best for full circulation and cool down.

If you get concerned with it, you can always get an aluminum billet tranny pan.

I think the 13,14,& 15 RAMs circulate even in park now. I might be wrong.
