Tranny cooler

    How hard is it to put a cooler on a 4l60e? Iv decided if its not that hard it would be a good idea for pulling trailers in the summer and stuff. thanks

    what package do you have with your truck. some packages have the cooler already in . i have a z71 package and it haves the cooler in it already.

    Its no harder then any other trans, just cut into the lines in your rad cooler.
    The bigger the better, but don't get too carried away, I've seen guys use A/C condensors before = TOO BIG!

    mine is just the basic 98 cheyenne, i have never put a cooler in so i was just wondering how hard and how long it should take with me and my dad doing it.
