    I keep losing outer wheel bearings on my 6 ton deck over trailer it has new tires good springs and bushings I keep the bearings packed and greased and tight any ideas thanks

    Bent rim. Bent axle. No bearing pre-load. Bad spindle.

    Tight 90 turns all the time? Are the tires all worn out on the outside edges?

    I do take a lot of tight turns loaded heavy

    spindles are fine rims are not bent and I don't think the axle is ill check

    it goes on several different truck and its done it while on all of them

    How tight is the bearing race in the hub? Do you use a shop press, a light tap with a hammer/driver, or push the new bearing races in with your thumbs? Are all hubs affected? Are the bearing races pressing squarely into the hub? You are installing new races with the bearings...right?

    lost another one today I just bought all new bearings last time I did not use bearing grease all I had was chassis grease the race and bearings fit good I tap them in with a hammer and and then tighten them till there is no play go a half turn more then back off 1/4 turn

    and when they go bad the cage is destroyed not the roller
