Figured some might like to see a build thread of my Wrangler.

Bought in southern PA about 2 years ago. This was the moment it arrived at my house.

Some maintenance. The thing had no heat and would run 150 degrees.

    Last ones to current status.
Picked up a set of 29's for the street.
Bought a set of 35'' mud rovers and ecco rims and combined them.

Since have sold the 29's and rock the 35's when driven only in spring/summer/fall. (Zero salt times)

Looks awesome, does the little 4 banger move those (35's?) well?

Its not as bad as one would think. I wheel most of the time in 4lo, so the only times its noticeable is when your trying to crawl over logs or rock gardens.

Next up is a 4.88 gear set, currently has 4.11's

Bent the snot out of my tie rod link on some monster logs. All replaced with monster HD stuff.

This was wheeling at Syracuse King of Trucks super show.

Thats awesome. On my 89 I actually swapped the axles for 95 4 Cyl axles since they came from the factory with 4.11's (like yours). Made a huge difference in the way the Jeep drove. I've always wanted to do a cummins 4bt swap into one of those.

It is a lot of fun, i paid $3,800 for the jeep. I am coming to a realization that ive always wanted a Wrangler, they are wicked cool, but i really only like driving it off road, or on steaming days with the top down and doors off.

Im debating on starting another thread like this with my mustang.

This is my main issue, i have 3 vehicles and all are project driven. In college and living in an apartment makes progress real slow on each.

Nice Wrangler. I have always wanted to have a Wrangler just to tool around with in the Summer and go bird hunting with.
