torsion bar keys

    is it easy to put new keys in the torsion bars i wonted to lift my front end 2" on my 99 gmc 2500 was wondering how hard it is to do and how you do it. thanks

    It is a piece of cake. It is just a matter of turning a couple bolts in the crossmember where the torsion bars attach. You may not get 2" of lift though.

    You can put the "green" keys in there. 2 is the absolute max I would raise em. There is a pretty good post a bit furthur down about cranking t bars. if you cant get the amount of crank outa em by just adjusting the factory keys then go get some differnt keys. I wouldnt go more than 1.5" personaly and 2" is the absolute max. JMO
