I am in the process of frame up building a truck for towing and plowing. I was hoping someone would have some insight to the best aftermarket converter or stall range that will be good for plowing. The truck is 85 body 86 frame . Engine 400 sbc .030 over cammed, tbi. Trans is th400 that I put a bm rebuild in built to street/strip settings. 205 t case. Gears are 4.11. Im afraid that much of an elevated stall will be a pain and cause high trans temps. If anyone has first hand experience I appreciate the input.
