    Tough one, eh?

    Toro CCR3650

R*Tek motor is decent and supposedly rated at 6.5HP. Powercurve auger and crank chute control are nice. $599 or $699 with electric start

    Honda 520

4-stroke motor is a gem but it is 5HP vs the Toro's 6.5HP. The layout is a little simpler and it weighs marginally more than the Toro. About $50 more than the Toro at $649 or $749 with electric start.

The Honda is slightly heavier, costs marginally more to replace the paddles & lacks the chute crank that can be adjusted directly from the operators position w/out bending (3650 only).

    They both move snow equally.

On the plus side, it's quieter.
