Its about 1.06 miles around the park, its all on a steep hill, and needs to be cleared and cindered at least twice a day when it snows.

I hate to even get involved with a property management company like this, but things are slow.

I have an f-450 with a spread, and a 272 caterpillar skidsteer I can work with.

    Thoughts, comments, suggestions, etc, welcomed.

I inserted push pins on the bing map showing entrances etc.

I think I am competing with low ballers who pay a kid to throw cinders out of the back of an old pickup truck as well, lol.

Does this lowballer and cinder kid happen to live in the trailer park?
