Thawing out a vbox

    This is what happens when you thaw out 100% sand in a vbox with salt brine
    :realmad: DONT go inside and forget about it, it wont take that long

    My guess is he poured salt brine into the hopper to thaw out the sand. When he came back it had thawed it out and it poured out like quicksand and made a hell of a mess.:D

    Quicksand is cool......

    At least that area is pre-treated AND pre-sanded for the next storm....

    Question about the application rate: Just how many gallons and/or pounds per square yard would that be? :D

    I think it was about 50 gallons into 2.5 ton, before I remembered the pump was still on

    OK last question: When you put your foot in it, were you checking to see if it was still slippery or trying to find out if it would stick to your shoe? :laughing:

    I had a 2" hose come loose in my shop while pumping salt brine at 160 gallons per minute. Amazing white and glittery every where.
