The axle i'm swaping out has locking hubs and drum brakes(1969 Dana 44)I can't find the axle shafts i need and the drum brakes need to go.
I picked up a matching set with disk brakes Dana 44 but has no locking hubs.
What do i have to do to make the actuwaitor(sp?)work other than running a switch to the cab? There's no where to run the 2 vaccume hoses to on the transfercase. The truck is a 82 3/4 ton
    Thanks for any help!

Check out the cable-loc 4x4 actuator
It might be the easiest way.
