My school uses a Chevy blazer with a 6.6 western and it seems to preform pretty well.

the only places i've seen suv's used commercially was in apt complexes where full sized trucks couldnt fit underneath the balconies that overhung the garage entries.

mainly neighborhood kids are using 'em up here for residential drives.

    Hope this helps.

The 4 runner might be good, but dont use an Explorer, the front end is very weak on them, especially the hubs. The 4wd is always going out in them, without a plow-so i wouldnt want one with auto hubs.

I also have read that most newer Ford SUV's are bad for plowing. im pretty sure the 4 runner would work, but i personally would go with a GM.
