Purchased a used 810 and came with mounts for 99-07 Ford Super Duty. Its the 2 bolt mount style on the side plates. I sand blasted them and found a few cracks. Welded them up and painted and installed. Is this a common problem on these? Anyway to add more support to remedy this? Or just run them and see what happens?

that plow frame should have three 3/4 bolts on each side. If it's not 3 bolt DO NOT use it. Yes i have seen the newer style mount have cracks around the front bolt sleve but very minor.

Whats the mount intended for? Is the push beam the same? As is its not recommended to use for an 810?

It's a light duty mount. For a straight blade only.

Yea I do. But not close to the house puter or manual. Don't feel bad, I went through the same thing....the 2 bolt mount came loose..egging out my frame holes in 2 spots then I got the correct one

I have the correct side plates only that will fit that truck no push beam. They are also the old style heavy duty model after looking at the old vs new you will understand why they our the ones you want.
