What should I do to my plow to summerize it? This is my first year of ownership of a 8' boss super duty. I was planning on taking it to the car wash and clean it real good... Anything else I need to do?

First step is to wait for May to arrive.

    wash it.
    grease it.
coat the exposed rams with grease.
change the fluid & clean the filter/screen (some do it now, some do it in the fall)
coat the plugs with Di-electric grease.
take note of any loose bolts or worn parts.

Find something to set the plow on so it is not sitting on the ground.

Nicely said SnoFarmer. I wouldn't have said it any different. But I would atleast wash it myself, don't take it to the car wash.

    I'll do that SnoFarmer. Thanks

I am going to take it to the self serve car wash, the high pressure one where you do it yourself and spray it down.

    Thanks again.
