I was just looking for some info on how to best handle a sub- with a front end loader with snow pusher. The sub would need to be there every storm. The job would be a fixed contract so I am not sure whether to pay a portion of the fixed price to the sub or hourly. All the sub would need to do is push snow with the loader. What seems to work best with subs?
