stripped pump drive

    o.k. hears the problem started on on one of the lots i do did more than half
    everything working fine on my hd75 then just stop working .short chained it,
    to get home had the wife run the controller sounds like the gear on the pump is stripped
    plow is a year an ahalf old anyone else had this prob.:realmad:

    Sounds like the issue I had. Turned out to be moisture freezing in the system I believe. As a test, get the plow into a warm area and get some heat on the pump/reservoir assembly. If it starts working, then flush the reservoir, refill, and add 4 oz of SeaFoam Transtune. It worked for me.

    spitmon1 thanks thats what it was i didn't want
    to tear into this because it is still under warranty
    so i let the guys at Truck Outfitters of Butler ,Wi.
    check into it. also the controller was setting off
    a code so they replaced that as well thanks for your
    input now i know what to do when this happens,
    and i picked up an xtra gallon of hydro.
