storing a unimount

    Is it safe to store a uni mount upright.(blade facing down,the mount up in the air) Or will something dry up in in the pump area.

    The main issue is the fluid will seep through the motor shaft seal and contaminate the internals of the motor with fluid as well as leak out of the motor housing. Your better off to either first drain the fluid before storing it face down, or store it flat.

    Thanks that is what I need to know. I will work on storing it flat
