Anyone know of a company that makes a hollow (rear) bumper?

Seems like easy ballast point and storage for jumper cables or whatever.

I've seen some rear pipe-bumpers advertised in off-road magazines that are designed to give you storage for compressed air. When hooked into a small compressor (like they use for air suspension on SUVs) you can store enough air to inflate a couple of tires.

That's pretty much what I found. Thinking of making something maybe 8" square and having a hinged lid. Thought maybe someone had the idea already and could save me the aggravation.
