steps to replace A frame on v plow

    Need to replace the A frame what is the order in taking thing off?

    This is how I did mine. The lift made it a lot easier.
    Remove return springs, put wings forward
    Light bar raised up straight
    remove nuts for trip springs (support a frame with jack)
    Remove pin for lift cylinder
    Remove pins for for light tower to A frame
    Remove Horizontal pin

    A frame should theoretically slide out
    It's been a while since I replaced mine, so I hope all the steps are correct

    Try deleting them, and adding them back in, but cropped shorter (more square in size)..

    sometimes that works.

    Read the assemble instructions in the manual starting from the end working your way forward and for assemble start at the beginning working towards the end.Thumbs Up

    I think you should start with replacing headlights and see how that goes. Then maybe tackle doing the A frame. :laughing:
