OK, I'm convinced not to get a snow bear. Not because they don't sound like decent little plows, but I'm not sure one would stand up to my uneven, not level, large driveway. Also, given that this is snow country, I'm sure I'll end up plowing more than just my own driveway. If it were just my drive way, and it was level asphalt, I expect that the snobear would have done. Looking at a used western right now. If it falls through, I'll just keep looking for a good used plow. Would love to buy new, and know it would be a worthwhile investment, but there is no way I can put 4k+ into a plow. Wish me luck in my looking!
