My Starter on my 1990 toyota pickup...it doesn't always start my engine the first time, sometimes it will click, and when i continue to turn the key, it will eventually start up. Is it time for a new starter, or can this be fixed?

Make sure all the connections are clean and dielectric grease are put on them to protect them. If that does no good replace the starter. Most part stores can test the starter.
