Hey guys. My 87 suburban just developed this problem. When started, it will idle for few seconds then stall. After about ten minutes of trying to start it, it will stay idling and drive fine, however after about ten minutes of driving it will start stalling. It'll start back up after a few minutes and run fine for about another ten minutes then the same thing happens. Its an 87 tbi 350 with the 700r4. I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem. The truck has a new fuel pump, coolant temp sensor, egr, plugs, wires, and ecm. Any ideas would help.

Did you try a new ignition module? Check to see if you have spark, and if the injectors are spraying fuel. If both are not, or intermittantly, then it might just be your ign. module.
