I have a bid to put in for a local church. They have a large entry that has 45 steps that are 20 ft wide. There are landings every 10 steps. I have never done that many steps and don't know how long it would take. I know my hourly rates but just have no idea how long the steps will take.

I would guess 1 guy about an hour. Make sure to start at the top, and work your way down. Just use a shovel, and start on one end. Use the shovel like a snow plow and push it to the other end, then throw it over the side.
