stainless v box salt spreader

    2006 stainless salt spreader. 2 yard. stainless bolt on extentions make it 3-4 yard. 10.5 briggs, in cab throtle, choke and start. Replaced it this year with an under tailgate spreader no need anymore. 616-836-1703 or 616-842-1098. Thanks Mike

    Holy side extensions is Right....So if i put that in My F-250 and fill it to the rim..Am i Legal...LoL...

    Wow that is a lot of weight high up! Talk about stressing out the truck suspension.

    on a 1ton dually or a 5yd truck that wouldnt be a problem this isnt made for a pick up

    That would be pretty dang high for even a 1 ton dually.

    BTW arn't you the one complaining about people commenting in the "for sale" threads? LOL

    I'm assuming it has a good sized inverted v in it?? That would be my main concern with the capacity. That's a lot of weight to sit on the conveyor.

    No way in hell I would put that in my 3500. It would beat the truck up like crazy. Direct weight maybe not but go ahead and just drive it down a curvy road. Take a fast turn with that full. The frame will take a good twisting. That is a lot of weight up really high.

    Here is some extentions I made form a Vbox I had. I could almost get another full yard in it. The pic is when it was in my 3500. I couldn't load it completely it would be way to heavy.
