Hi, I was wondering what you guys use for spreading salt or ice melt on sidewalks. I about 2 miles of sidewalk that I need to keep clean. I'm looking for something that I can mount on the back of my UTV but so far all the spreaders I've seen cover 10-20foot wide and I'm looking to do 5 feet or so.
    Thanks for your time.

we have a snowex sp3000 on the back of a gator.

our walks are usually 5' wide. we cut down a mudflap and placed it on each side of the spinner, and it coats the sidewalk perfectly.

i have also cut down mudflaps and affixed them to walk behind spreaders to keep them from spreading too wide.
