While doing some maintenance on my snow pro 3000, I noticed sparks coming from the lift pivots. I mainly noticed them when using the jack, but a few times when angling the blade. I also noticed a lot of slop in the lift pivots. Anyone ever experience this or have any ideas why sparks and so much slop?

The sparks are due to a faulty ground connection to your motor. Clean ALL your ground connections and protect with Fluid Film. Battery, grill connector, motor. Might as well do the positive side of the power cable while you're at it. Don't forget the relay connections.

Check all your connections on the truck and plow side of the harness.
