soerra 1500 series

    i have a 1990 sierra short box.4x4.should i go with a 7 or 7.6 plow and should i have to beef up the front end so i don't get a rough ride.i know i have torsion bars but there might be something else to do .thanks a million

    I have the same rig. I run a 7'6" Blizzard LT. 7 foot would be too small.

    I crank up torsion bars 5 turns and good to go.

    thanks for the info.my front axle is 3350 lbs.that is a concern is your rig the same.will it be enough.

    You will be good to go with a LT series. Max. 550 lbs.plow weight.
