Here it comes, and looking at the animated loop at Intellicast, it is a slow mover for sure.

Just checked WB, and now this.....

Urgent - Winter Weather Message National Weather Service Mount Holly NJ 11:15 AM EST Sun Mar 30 2003

2300 - Berks PA - Lehigh PA - Morris NJ - Northampton PA - Sussex NJ - Warren NJ -

... Winter Storm Warning Is In Effect Through This Evening...

The Winter Weather Advisory Previously In Effect Has Been Upgraded To A Winter Storm Warning. Snow Will Become Heavy At Times This Afternoon And Continue Into The Early Evening Hours. Temperatures Will Fall During The Afternoon And Evening... Allowing Snow To Accumulate. Total Snowfall Accumulations Will Range From 6 To 10 Inches Across The Higher Elevations And 3 To 6 Inches Elsewhere.

Temperatures Tonight Will Fall Into The Low To Mid 20s With Untreated Roads Becoming Icy.

Fun, fun, fun. Earlier they were talking about accumulations on grass areas only. No mention of that now.... Guess we'll have to rely on the old "just keep looking out your window" forecast.
