Anyone got one of these new snoway hitch spreaders? I think the model I was wanting was a SW4 the 4 cubic ft one. I only do a little salting so figured this would be just fine for me. Any advise would be appreciated good or bad.

    Thanks

the 4 cf unit has a smaller spinner and motor then the 6 cf. has built in hopper type lid instead of the removable lid. it's limited to about 250lbs of material Max. the smaller spinner and motor mean a slightly small spread area. The customer I have using them are using SUVs or smaller truck and have been very happy with their performance.

I plow with a 1/2 ton so figured it would be great for me. I salt about 4 parking areas just enough that I am sick of push spreading it. How much do you sell them for basher the 4cft? Are they very hard to hook up I heard just a power wire a ground and the control module. Is this correct?
