Recently I had one of my guys change the fluid out of a backup snoway 24d I picked up. He mistakenly removed the cap on the back of the pump which holds a spring and ball. The spring was lost, so I ordered an new spring thinking that this would fix the problem. It didn't.
After installing the spring and refilling the fluid. The plow will only go up, down and right.
The coils and the valves were cleaned, inspected and tested...They appear to be working properly. I checked the filter, its clean.
The pump activates and it sounds like it should move(kinda like when a pump is starved for fluid)i, but it doesnt.
    Any thoughts?
    Thanks
    Tim

Check the wiring and make sure the shuttle(3) is not stuck.
