Just did this project the end of last week. hell of a lot of snow we moved out. the banks were above the windows along the main drag of offices and the canopies had so much snow that the weight started to cave the door frames in.

the building is now vacated so onsite transfer...we had 4 laborers on the canopies, two spotting the excavator and working around windows, one loader and 10-wheeler

haha ...three years ago when the building was still open, we had to shovel it off, me personally and four other guys. well we started at 1 a.m. and one of the laborers showed up cocked off his ass. he made it ten minutes before he wobbled to the side and fell head first into the snow bank. never laughed so hard in my life.

warm up would have been worse because the snow becomes heavier

had plenty of fall protection...told the guys to stratigically place the snow from the canopies around the bottom. if they fell they had at least a solid 3 foot buffer, which other than one fat guy, would have been enough....lol
