What is the trigger most of you go by when doing residentials to go and clear them. I live in Canada so some help from someone around here would be great.

    Thanks

Our contracts state that we plow at 2.5" (around 6.5 cm). We do however tend to leave a bit before that to attempt to plow at 2", and our customers know that if the snow is falling in the late evening we may go out above 2.5" to avoid having to plow twice, and then go out later and have everyone out before the morning commute.
