Snow blower battery recommendations

Unfortunately, I do not have a heated area to store my snow blower. It is an Ariens 1336 Pro. I seem to purchase a new Lawn and Tractor battery for it each year. I asked my local NAPA if there was a cold weather L&T battery and they told me no.

Anybody have any recommendations? Would it help if I kept in on a battery maintainer even in cold weather? I do charge it up at the beginning of the winter, but the battery just can't keep a charge in this cold weather.

And, no, building a heated shop is not currently an option.

If it was me would unbolt it and put it inside on a tender.
