sno-way wiring

    Do i have to connect the parking and blinker light wires for the plow lights to work on my 2003 dodge ram 1500.

    No if you have the EIS wiring with the green plugs.
    Yes, the parking lights if you have relay wiring with the relay and black plugs.
    To be legal you need at least the turn signals

    do you happen to know the wire color of the parking light and turn signal on a 2003 dodge ram 1500.

    Rick,

    The easiest was to determine this is with a test light. Turn the marker lights on and use the probe of the test light to determine which one is powering the marker up. Scotch lock into this one. You would use the same process for the turn signal wire.
