So, as much as this thing has driven me up the freaking wall, I still love using it. Its a love hate relationship so to speak. Anyways enjoy the videos, if you want any specific ones I will do my best. The High Res ones on youtube are much better if you are fairly interested, for some reason I can't embed them I dont think.

It doesn't look like the lights dim at all when you move the plow, is there something unique about the electrical system in the truck? Or am I just not seeing it in the videos?

Great vids by the way, thanks for sharing!

    No problem.

Yes its a monster mover, even in that fluff it would move a montain, Its a first year product, there are some quirks but most notably the lift speed is chronically slow, and slows down and ive had some bending issues with the wings. Snoway has been good about being on top of it, already coming out with some fixes with some more on the way im sure.

This snowfall was an easy one, christmas eve was hell with all that rain lol. That lot had a good solid 10 inchs, maybe a bit more.

They were dimming, the camera just does not really pick it up well, its a digital camera video lol. It was also extremely cold, when it warms up it tends to draw more amperage.

My dealer said they are having to put different lift cylinders on because they are not powerful enough to lift the plow. After looking at it in person I can understand. I don't understand the upside down lift system quite frankly. I think they were just doing it to be different, why change a system that works. My biggest complaint is still that they lights on sno-ways are lousy. I need a new v-plow but I'm going to keep waiting till they fix these problems, or go to a boss or fisher

You can really see the snow rolling in some of those vids as apposed to just being pushed.

Tom- Snoway going to have any new vids up on the site for these blades other the the testing vids?

I can see the love hate relationship. With those vids, the love is completely understandable. I am sure Sno Way will take care of the hate, sounds like they are well on their way. Great vids.

Yes, honestly this thing would blow a wideout out of the water. Just the fact of being able to configure the blade in so many positions. I will try and get some more vids as the winter goes on so check back every now and then.

    Cheers
    Jeff

Nice vids-I can only imgine what would happen if I put that plow into one of my guys hands. Is transport width not an issue with MTO?

With wings folded in, it's perfectly legal.

    JD is absolutely correct

With the wings folded forward in transport position the blade is 8'4" wide and can actually be made under 8' if the blade is angled.
