Are the smart lock cylinders a good investment?

I will be plowing only around my house/property, but since this is my first time plowing I'm not sure how much back blading I will do.

    smart loc

they do come in handy when there is a heavy wets snow ,so they wings don't extend when you back drag .but a lot of guys do with out them OK ,they just tighten the trip springs a little bit more and it helps a little bit . it might be a issue if you have a lot of plowing for production, and clean up .

If your buying a brand new plow I think that they come standard.

I have one with smartlocks and one without. They work really nice but it's not the end of the world if you don't have them.
