Below is what I have in my terms and conditions page. I was wanting input from you guys on this for this reason. Do you guys think I am covered if the client delcines salting on their property? Should I add something else as well? Any help is appreciated.

Plowing and/or salting of a particular location may not clear the area to “bare pavement” and slippery conditions may continue to prevail even after service. YYYYYYYY company assumes no liability for this naturally occurring condition. Customer will defend and hold harmless the contractor for all suits that may result of a naturally occurring condition.
