I've been trying to find information about industrial snow-blowers to determine which kind is more popular among contractors and municipalities doing larger snow-clearing jobs. Are people using snow-blowers mounted to skid steers more often or tractor-mounted snow-blowers?

There's a guy near here with a skid mounted blower. He can basically throw the snow all the way across the lot. Must be close to a hundred foot throw. Tough to beat a SS for maneuverability.

Do you know how many tons of snow the best skid steer blowers can move in an hour?

I have many hours in both tractors and skids with blowers. The skid gets my nod hands down. ussmileyflag
