I am looking for some guidance on bidding the sidewalks in a housing development. I have a John Deere 4115 (compact utility tractor) with a 47" blower on the front. Their estimate is that they have 15 miles of sidewalk. Any thoughts?

$35/hr sounds fair to me if you are using something other than a shovel. AIL, Where do you have 15 miles of sidewalks? Is this a city or state bid?

A housing development just north of my home. The estimate of 15 miles of sidewalk comes from the property management co. overseeing the homeowners association of this development.
