I have never done a "WRITTEN" seasonal contract. They Have always been "Verbal Agreements". What are some things that should be included in the contract? Do you have a sample available? Is there a website that has contracts already compiled for this purpose? Someone Please enlighten me. I want to be more profitable this snow season.

    I don't Plow

No I don't Plow....I use a snow blower or shovel and it is 15 - 30 dollars ( 15 for low income neighborhoods, 30 for the well off neighborhoods) After all this is Lansing, MI. The cost of living is not as high here as it is in Ann, Arbor.
