Service Engine Problem?

Discussion in 'Chevy Trucks' started by Sharper Edge, Feb 4, 2008.

  1. I have a 1991 GMC 3500 4x4 with the 454 tbi. Sometimes when I am driving the service engine light will blink truck will stutter then it's back to normal. I got the light to stay on for a minute today out salting turned off truck to see if I could get a code and NOTHING. Started truck back up everything is normal. All gauges are fine when this happens and seems to do it more with a load on and going over bumps. I think it may be the main ground to the frame kicking out the fuel pump. I am adding a new ground link today to see if it helps but figured I would put up a post for your help.

    Thanks in advance
