I have heard back from around 10 of my lawn customers. They are interested in our snow and ice management services. I have done bids and contracts for lawn care but not for winter services. I simply need to send them their price, and a short description of how we operate (trigger, frequency of plowing, times etc) Can anyone point me in the right direction or let me see an example? Thanks guys and bring on the snow!

My Favorite is per storm numbers
I go by the national weather services historical data for saratoga airport

    2-4 $40
    4-6 $60
    6-8 $80
    8-12 $100

Plus I get the first $300 up front.
I keep the three hundred either way.

The numbers above are just for example not the numbers I use.
