Seasonal Prices

    Just wondering how some of you guys figure your seasonal prices for a residential property. Do you just take your per visit price and times it by "x" number of snowfalls?

    Pretty much. Just figure out the average number of pushes. May be a little harder than it first seems.

    average number of full plow runs x cost of full plow + average number of partial plow runs x cost of partial plow; then i mulitply it by my profit percentage that i want on the lot.

    Then after you figure that out look in the paper and see what other guys are getting.
